About Obagi HCDT Capacity Development Program
The Obagi Host Communities Development Trust (HCDT) was established under the Nigerian Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) to recognize and support the critical role of oil-producing host communities. Through this initiative, Obagi HCDT aims to foster sustainable development, improve living standards, and empower its communities by providing access to quality education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic opportunities.
